Let‘s look at your core state again this morning.

We know that “living in the feeling of our preferred or core state” is a wonderful way to bring our desires to pass
Let’s remind ourselves how we do that.
TIP: Remember we must be “doers” of the Word, not simply “hearers”.
Step 1: Go deeply inwards. You can read a reminder of how to do that here
Step 2: Feel / Experience the person you know you really are
Step 3: Really dive deep and feel it
Step 4: Say Thank you. or your desired or preferred state feel what it feels like to be say thank you come back and write down any details about your core state. Such as, I am joyfulsteadyknowingwise etc. Get a really good feel ofbyour core state through using a sentence or a few words so that when you repeat the sentence to yourself that it immediately evokes and puts you back into the feeling of your core state. such as I am deeply lovedor I am blissful every day or I am peaceful strength or I am deep well springs of joy.
A few times a day - stop, breathe, and repeat your sentence to yourself - as if you truly mean it, and believe it and know it.
You must deeply feel it. This is not a logic exercise.
It is a feeling and connecting with your heart and Spirit exercise.
As always you must play with it and practise.
Be a doer of the word, not just a hearer.
